A colorful greeting and sincere first impression.  A welcoming main entrance with bright aqua door is a colorful welcome and curb appeal to this custom home. Vertical board and batten combined with horizontal lap siding give unique contrast to the simple American Vernacular style. Flow and function were the number one priority for this family who enjoys entertaining. A 12-foot kitchen island comfortably seats six people at the end to keep guests out of the cook’s way. A bar is concealed within one of the kitchen cabinets with mint green tile to showcase glassware and matches the prep kitchen cabinetry. Outdoor entertaining is just as easy on a spacious deck overlooking the river.
