Project Overview
Connectivity inside and out. A suburban-style home gets a modern renovation while connecting the outdoor lake activities to indoor entertaining. The home was originally oriented toward the road and didn’t capture the breathtaking views of Gull Lake. By restructuring the floor plan, a grand lower level entertainment space was created with a 2-story wall of windows.
Eclectic Modern Inspiration to a Cottage-Style Aesthetic. A modern rustic theme inspired the use of clean lines, simple forms and incorporating raw steel and stone to finished wood surfaces. By adding hints of raw steel and ledge stone to both the interior and exterior gave the overall design an edgy vibe.
